This in-person event will dive deep into the power of breathwork to help you release emotional blocks around current loss and unprocessed grief. We will use the breath in a conscious and connected way, opening pathways within the body for release, opening to increased clarity, and connect with your inner self.
Whether you're new to breathwork or a regular attendee, this session is perfect for anyone looking to explore the transformative effects of conscious breathing.
This is also a positive way to be in community together with our individual and collective grief. The holidays can be a triggering time, especially with regards to the loss of loved ones, pets, relationships, situations, jobs, homes, and the list goes on. Come be held in a brave space of transformation and rest.
The Breath Practice:
The breath is a healing modality and breathwork a form of active meditation. This specific form of breathwork is activating. We will breath at a more than typical rate, activating the nervous system before ending with restful savasana and integration.
The breath when used in a conscious and connected way, releases physical stress and tension, emotional blocks, and can tap us into the unconscious realms. From a grief holding space, this breathwork practice can be transformative for connecting with ancestors and those that have crossed over. The veil is thin and the potential is there. The breath brings us into the present moment, in connection with our intuition and with Spirit.
In the present moment, true presence, is when we feel most at ease and able to access gratitude, peace, and joy.
