Professional Counseling via Walk & Talk Sessions

Adult sessions are held outside in nature at either a park or the beach. Verbal processing paired with movement & breath are used throughout session. Elements of nature are inherently grounding and stress relieving, supporting a full therapeutic experience.

Intention & Approach

We live in a world that rushes from moment to moment, rarely pausing long enough to hear what’s stirring beneath the surface. True healing requires intentional space—room to feel, listen, and reconnect.

I approach this work with deep regard for your process, knowing that stepping into vulnerability is a courageous act. Together, we will honor the tension, the struggle, the heartache—and the strength, resilience, and wisdom that have always been within you. And when you’re ready, I’m here.
