Join us for a powerful evening centered around the breath. We will be releasing stagnant and dense emotions, and opening up the body, heart, and mind to experience more ease, joy, and gratitude. The breath supports connection with our deepest wisdom and inner knowing, and this powerful group experience is done alongside others in community.
This practice is a form of active meditation. Well suited for those of us that wrestle with seated meditation.
Contraindications: This active form of breathwork is not recommended for those with history of epilepsy, detached retina, glaucoma, severe asthmas, kidney disease, or aneurism. * There can be some safety and precautionary concerns if you’re pregnant, so please check with your doctor first.
